The Kindred are a progressive metal band from Ottawa, Ontario. They formed in 2005 under the name Today I Caught The Plague. They released a few recordings under that name, but changed their name in 2013. Their first album as The Kindred, "Life In Lucidity", was released in 2014. (bio written by Stooge)
