Blind Secrecy is a heavy metal band from Lappeenranta in South Karelia, Finland formed in 2006. In the year 2006, the band released their first Demo CD, "Crushed". Members of Blind Secrecy were: Marko Heikkilä (guitar and vocals), Harry Lindh (guitar), Heidi Saarelainen (bass) and Marko Voutilainen (drums). At the end of 2006, Harry left the band. In 2007, Samuli Anttinen (guitar) and Anssi Salokannel (vocals) joined to band and the new crew recorded a second Demo CD called, "...of the dying land" and did few show. But in the end of year 2007, Marko V. & Samuli had left the band. In 2008, Markus Sepponen (guitar) and Tommi Virolainen (drums) joined to band. The new crew (Anssi,Marko,Markus,Heidi & Tommi) recorded the band’s first promotional CD, "Miscast angel" and did a few show in 2008-2009. In the end of the year 2009, Anssi left the band. In 2010, after Anssi’s departure, besides hammering the guitar Marko H. jumped in the vocalist’s shoes again. And in year 2010, Markus injured and took a break from music world. In 2010, the band did a few shows. In 2011, Tommi left Blind Secrecy, and Niko Kuljuntausta joined the band. This choice was natural and easy, 'cos Marko and Heidi enjoyed playing with Niko a lot, they played at that time together in a thrash metal project called Mortal Legacy. In 2012, Marko,Heidi & Niko recorded first Mini-album "Arise" and released their first music video "Unburden". In the end of the year 2012, Jani Heikkilä (guitar) from Mortal Legacy joined the band and they recorded one new song called "Man on the edge". In 2013, Blind Secrecy‘s members are Marko Heikkilä (guitar and vocals), Jani Heikkilä (guitar), Heidi Saarelainen (bass) and Niko Kuljuntausta (drums).
