Embrace of Disharmony is a progressive metal band from Rome in Italy formed in 2006. Embrace of Disharmony started to take form during summer of 2006, together with the composition of the first songs: it results in a dark-feeling progressive metal, embellished by the vocal entanglement of two lead singers. In September 2007 the band recorded its first home promo and started to play live concerts in Rome. After several line-ups changes, in March 2010 a studio EP, named “Whispers from the edge of Nowhere” is recorded with a session male vocalist and is well reviewed by several webzines. In July 2011 Emiliano Cantiano (Noumeno, Purufication) joined the band and with him the songwriting of the first full length is completed. In December 2012 the band performed at the Orion Club (in Ciampino, Rm) as the opening act for the German metal band Haggard. At the same time the recording stage of the first full-length began. The album is currently in the mixing stage at the Outersound Studios by Giuseppe Orlando (Novembre, The Foreshadowing, Airlines Of Terror) and contains appearances by several national and international guests.
