Old Painless is a four-piece grindcore band from Raleigh in North Carolina. Three of the members have also played in other local bands, Rich Lombardi (vocals) is in Snake Baptist, and he was also in a band from New York called the Sawtooth Grin. Alex Taylor is the bassist for local Raleigh hardcore band Stripmines. The drummer Rodney Finch was the former singer of Raleigh fastcore band Thieves. Josh Dobey makes up the line-up on guitars.
