The Scream of Death Band started its activities in the town of Castlebay - PA on 01/02/2008 Thiago Leal (Vocal) Ariel Casimiro (Guitar) Junior Mattos (Bass) and Claudio Camões (Drums), with influences of bands like; Death, Slayer, Torture Squad, Exodus, Kreator, Lamb of God and others. With little more than a year of training the band decides to put another guitarist, Murilo Master enters to complete the quintet. Some months later Junior (bass) left the band and gives time to Alexandre Ferreira current bassist. The Scream of Death takes focus on music and picture into the studio for the first time in December 2010 and launched its first self titled Demo. Shortly after the release of the demo Claudio Camões (drums) leaves the group after a few gigs in various cities and other states, and thus enters Paulo Nery (Current Drummer) to take the sticks of the quintet. The Scream of Death will be re-releasing the 4 songs from their first demo with another new song along with the band Critical Fear of São Paulo, the official launch will be in December in the 2nd Metal Milita (the biggest metal festival in the north) and after São Paulo.
