Adonis is a metalcore band from Essex in England, formed in 2010 following the disbanding of punk rock band Empty Eclipse. Founding members Chris Loosley and Brad Walker went on to create ‘All my lost soul’ which leaned further to the metal genre rather than punk. After a mutual interested in Greek mythology was found, the band was named Adonis. Adonis' musical influences range from old school 1980’s metal such as Iron Maiden and Ozzy Osbourne to the harsher sound of modern metacorel such as Killswitch Engage and Black Veil Brides.
