Leadlight Rose was an Australian symphonic metal band, formed in 2007 by singer Ellah Rose and drummer Geoff Irish. After going through different lineups, the band finally found Jesse Higginson (Guitars, Keyboards) and Matt Cuff (Bass). They released a full length album in 2012, titled Sweet Obsession. The album consisted of re-arranged versions of demo tracks and a few entirely new songs. In late 2012, Ellah announced that the band had split up. - Biography by DippoMagoo, October 2014
