Carpe Noctum is a death / doom metal band from Zittau in Saxony. Formed in 1997, Carpe Noctum released a couple of demo recordings; Use The Night, ´Cause The Night Bears Your Name (1998), and 6 Feet Deep (2001). Carpe Noctum’s debut full-length album, World Wide Wound was released in 2004.
