Dunkelnacht (Dark Night) was originally a dark ambient project created by Heimdall from Lille in France in 2005. While it retains some ambient compositions, the music is now sited much more on black metal ground. The band featured on the compilation "Black Hearts in the North" in Masochrist Productions (2006).
