Rude is a United States death metal act that has been active since 2008. Between the years 2010 - 2011 they were instead known as Forsaker and released their first demo under the name but then returned to their original name and produced a second demo called Haunted in 2013. Forsaker was a short-lived incarnation of the US death metal act Rude that was active between 2010 - 2011 and played thrash metal. Rude were active from 2008 - 2010 but didn't record anything until becoming Forsaker, whose first demo, a self-titled, was released in 2011. Dictated is a Dutch death metal act that was formed by guitarists Sonja Schuringa and Jessica Otten in 2006. The group was originally known as Stone Squad but by the time of the release of the demo Suppressing All Who Refuse in 2008 the name had changed to Dictated. The line-up on the demo was completed by vocalist Ruud Mensink, bassist Sven van Dijk and drummer Yelmer Goudappel. Dictated's debut full-length album Summary of Retribution was released in 2010. Sven van Dijk had switched roles to vocals by this point and been replaced on bass by Bart Metselaar while the drums were now handled by Marten van Kruijssen. Dictated's third album The Deceived was released in 2014, again with line-up changes with the exception of the two guitarists. In 2009, they released the self-titled album 44Magnum, which features original vocalist Tatsuya "Paul" Umehara's son Stevie Umehara as a lead singer along with Paul on most of the tracks. In early 2012, frontman and sole original member Paul announced he would stop performing live with 44 Magnum to focus on treatment for Parkinson's disease, which he was diagnosed with in 2005.
